Welcome to NullCache. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NullCache website, platform, services, APIs, and associated products (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using NullCache, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

 

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By using NullCache, you confirm that:

 

• You are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• You are not located in a prohibited jurisdiction (see Section 8).

• You understand the risks of interacting with blockchain-based protocols.

 

 

2. Services Overview

 

NullCache is a decentralized protocol for edge data caching and storage, operated by a distributed network of independent node operators. The platform facilitates:

 

• On-demand data caching

• Real-time data leasing and storage payments

• Decentralized governance and staking via NCHE token

 

We provide no custodial services. Users are responsible for their own wallets, keys, and on-chain interactions.

 

 

3. Use of the Services

 

By using NullCache, you agree to:

 

• Only interact with the protocol for lawful purposes.

• Refrain from uploading or caching illegal, malicious, or harmful data.

• Acknowledge that all transactions are immutable and cannot be reversed.

• Accept that NullCache is a permissionless, autonomous protocol without central control.

 

 

4. No Financial Advice

 

NullCache does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Any mention of NCHE tokens or related activities is informational only. Token usage involves risk, including but not limited to price volatility and potential loss of funds.

 

You must conduct your own research and consult with professional advisors before participating.

 

 

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that:

 

• The platform will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

• The edge storage network will meet your specific expectations.

• Data cached through the network will be permanently or fully available.

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NullCache, its contributors, partners, and affiliates are not liable for:

 

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of funds, tokens, data, or reputation

• Blockchain network failures, smart contract bugs, or software vulnerabilities

 

Use NullCache at your own risk.

 

 

7. User Responsibilities

 

You are solely responsible for:

 

• Your private keys, wallet security, and transactions

• Complying with your local regulations, including taxation

• Ensuring that your use of NullCache is legal in your jurisdiction

 

 

8. Restricted Jurisdictions

 

Users from the following regions are prohibited from using NullCache services:

 

• United States (unless qualified institutional investor exceptions apply)

• Mainland China

• Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea region

• Any region under OFAC or UN sanctions

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

All NullCache branding, trademarks, and proprietary materials (excluding open-source code) remain the property of the NullCache project contributors.

The core protocol is open-source and governed by community licensing under applicable public licenses.

 

 

10. Modification of Terms

 

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted publicly and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

 

11. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands unless otherwise required by local mandatory law.

In the event of disputes, parties agree to binding arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
